We recognises that owners of small blocks can have different and often less complex needs in comparison with larger blocks. This service level provides cost effective Strata Management services for owners of smaller strata titled properties to ensure that your Strata Plan is compliant with legislative requirements.

COMPANY TITLE MANAGEMENT
We are proud to be one of only a few firms who also offer management for Company Title Properties. Company Title was a pre-cursor to Strata Title prior to 1961.
In short, rather than owning land, one owns shares in a company which own the building and the land. The shares give each holder a specific right to occupy a particular unit and/or garage in the building.
