FULL STRATA MANAGEMENT
Our Accounts Only Strata Management service level has been designed for smaller buildings that wish to self-manage tradesman and only require assistance in areas such as general administration, compliance matters, accounting, issuing of levy notices and debt collection.
We recognise that owners of small blocks can have different and often less complex needs in comparison with larger blocks. This service level provides cost effective Strata Management services for owners of smaller strata titled properties to ensure that your Strata Plan is compliant with legislative requirements.
ACCOUNTS ONLY STRATA MANAGEMENT
We are proud to be one of only a few firms who also offer management for Company Title Properties. Company Title was a pre-cursor to Strata Title prior to 1961. In short, rather than owning land, one owns shares in a company which own the building and the land. The shares give each holder a specific right to occupy a particular unit and/or garage in the building. There remains a number of this type of property around Sydney and First Strata can offer you a dedicated manager for this portfolio who has vast a experience in Company Title Management.
The individual requirements of each Company’s Articles of Association of Constitution are carefully observed to ensure shareholder’s rights are protected as well as those of the Company. We have online access to ASIC to ensure changes to directors’ and shareholders’ listings are updated within the statutory time frame.
